“The owners of Mange-Tout are passionate and professional. Zachary Eberts, better known as “Oyster Blood“, is one of the city’s leading seafood wholesalers. For over 15 years, he has been supplying many of the city’s restaurants with fish and shellfish of all kinds. His wife and business partner, Gabrielle Nasri, has been in the retail business for over a decade. The couple have teamed up with chef Luka Lecavalier (ex Arthur’sLucille’s) to form a solid team that complements each other perfectly. Together, the trio has many years’ experience in customer service, which is quickly felt when you walk into their business.”
